i will say its got nice gentle progressive manners small/medium throttle openings.. quick shift into reverse it steers backwards loveiy, turns in its on length its almost sudate its very very calm on the sticks.............

get rough with it and on full rudder it burys the stern and spins on the spot, straight line from standing start it pushs the tug up onto the plane in less than 5 feet with rooster tails flying off the bow..this isnt a light weight tug..40" long..17 amp sla battery and 3 kilos of lead fibre glassed into the stern..all the weight is low down..iv put a 17kg servo on the steering. id made a great looking raised hatch to go into the back deck  so i could easily get into the back end.. iv had to go for a sealed deck and a remote operated bilge pump incase things get tricky........................

BEWARE........if you tell stavros you want mental power with nice mannered brushless motors this is what you get...motors and speed controllers came to £120 all in...............worth every penny   %) {-) :-))

i managed to get the boat to do the bollard pull today, my fishing scales only go upto 25lbs and it pulled that all the way with plenty of power left so im go to have to borrow some bigger scales i guess..heres a few pics of her in the water

That is not a tug thats a speedboat--you will have to give it something heavy to pull - Charlie

i dont normally thrash it like that  to be honest, i try to be accurate with it monovering. its very torquey..iv hopefully done a deal on a 2.3m barge so i can fill that with 56lb weights and drag that around.. :-))
