Hi guys thought i would post some pics of my model of the Waverley.

Not steam i am afraid electric but will post some pics of the build I am also in the process of building a Mississippi Sternwheeler (also electric i am afraid) would you be interested in my posting that. I do have a steam engine but it is tiny and dont know how much power it would produce, also don't know about a boiler (not sure i like the idea of fire in a wooden boat, enough of these went up in flames or with a burst boiler in real life) did toy with the idea of compressed air but not sure if the cans would have enough power in them, or how long they would last (luckily there is no prob about room as she is plenty big enough to hide an air can in).

Yes I would like to see the build, always interested in other peoples boats. I've been on the Waverley twice now, both times from Southend to Clacton and Whitestable, great days out.
 
Steam is pretty safe , never seen a boiler blow up regular testing is the sensible and safest route

Will the funnels be having a black band around the top section.
