It is difficult to gauge the scale.
Is that one of the old WAVE model kits?

It's a 5ft long model , from a limited production run by Studio 2 , they also did a 3ft version , see the build log on . . .

fab model, certainly looks good. however could you let him know UFO was broadcast in 1970 not the 60's as stated on the nameplate.

Very good, most jealous, however would have been better if a UFO had swooped down over the lake, then the interceptor launched and the UFO shot down   :} :} :} {-) {-) %% %% but apart from that great model and video..  Oh and then for Ed Straker to pop round the lake for Lunch..

Started in '69 only ran a couple or three years . . . . so , technically , he's correct  ok2  but , let's not split hairs . . . .  :-)

Ran for 1 series of 26 1 hour episodes, was filmed in 69/70 broadcast 170 uk and 1972 in the US. i'm sure if it was a scale model of real ship dates wouldn't so vague. :} :}

totally correct first aired 1970 but production started 1969 and it was a iconic 60's concept by Gerry Anderson so I went with 60's on the nameplate
