Yeah,
The Capacitor is bigger than a lot of model motors.
Nice hull though.
The Vintage Model Yacht site may help to identify it.

I have a feeling that it is an old model design by the famous Vic Smeed, and you might find the design in the old MAP plans hand book if anyone has one around......
something on the name of Najade rings a bell.
