In the pic, the one on the left is the starboard wheel.
I've just fixed mine after the first outing.
Three of the 'rivets' came adrift and almost trashed the wheel - and water poured into the hull from the paddle boxes.
The cures are fairly simple.  Dump the rivets and assemble your wheels with stainless M2.5 x 10 pan head screws and nyloc nuts.  Check they are the right way round to clear the arms, etc.  Tighten until there is JUST free play.
The inside of the paddle boxes will not only need an L shaped lip over the deck edge, but will need silicon as well to keep the water out.
Last time out (Mayhem) I had no water ingress and the wheels stayed together :)
Cheers
Danny

Hi, you should be able to get them from your local "industrial fasteners" supplier, but if not
http://www.modelfixings.co.uk/machine_screws.htm

Forgot to say that they only seem to come in 6 or 12mm. The 6mm are too short to lock so if you want to make a neat job, you have to cut the 12 down to 10mm!!  Still, there's only 62 of them  %)
I also painted everything (blades, links, fasteners) matt black before assembly which (to me) gives it a less "toylike" appearance.
Cheers

I have used the Graupner paddle wheels on the Glasgow and the Bristol Queen and very successfully.
When I assembled them I dabbed a tiny bit of polystyrene cement onto each little pin end after insertion .Maximum revs at 3:1 on the belt and a 11:1 mfa 919d motor/gearbox. No trouble at all.
