I always find your builds fascinating. Your latest thread had me looking up Wasa on Google and it certainly has an interesting history. Sadly sinking on its maiden voyage due to instability in the design. Nothing to do with weight of guns, it was a little too narrow and too heavily built high up. Upper deck beams were over-heavy and spaced much closer than necessary. Weirdest thing was that port and starboard sides were built to different measurements. One side using rulers of 12 inch "Swedish feet", the other to "Amsterdam feet" of 11 inches. I really would like to visit her.
