Hi everybody,
i need to know how high the Saito T-1 drive shaft centre line is. (will it line up with the existing prop shaft in an old hull)

Terry, it is not in a boat yet. Just a mini 'plant' with a Wilesco boiler. :)
Martin, the ruler is made by a company named "Incra" and as mrlownotes observed, it has holes and slots designed for a mechanical pencil lead so that a mark can be made at the exact point of measurement. Highly accurate, but not too expensive.
