Plasticard is HIPs High Impact Polystyrene, glue with polystyrene cement or MEK liquid. Most Evergreen is HIP's also, but some evergreen is made from ABS which can be glued with MEK (not polystyrene glue in a tube) but has to have the shine removed from its surface for the MEK to penetrate and form a weld better.
