Sometime in the mid 1980's I built a Hegi Saudade Americas Cup Yacht. The hull was Dark Blue, the deck Light Blue, and the cockpit area White. I replaced the plastic deck winches and helm with machined Ali. Parts. Around 1988 I did a deal with a model shop in Tewkesbury, and exchanged the Yacht for Radio gear etc. to get into Aeromodelling. With hindsight a bad idea, I was never any good at it ! I am just curious about what happened to my pride and joy. A long shot I know but has anybody ever come across it ?
