Glad you like it.
Don't know how the prices compare taking the exchange rate & postage into account. Anyone hazzard a guess ? On average ? Roughly ?

Is there anyone in the UK who has such a comprehensive well illustrated catalogue?

Float a Boat, owned and operated by Adrian and Rhonda Brewer, are one of the very few marine modelling specialists in Australia. I have dealt with them, by mail order, on a number of occasions, and have always found them prompt with their replies and dispatch of orders, and extremely helpful. They are a household name within the marine modelling fraternity here, and I have never heard a bad word said about them. As can be seen from their catalogue, they carry a vast range of products related to the hobby.

Fred, I don't know who makes the fittings Float a Boat sell, but they sure carry an extensive range of them. You don't have to pay a fortune for their catalogue now either, just download it from their web site in PDF format. Maybe you have access to more suppliers than we do here in Australia, but for us, they are a godsend.

I supply fittings to this Company although they do not order very often, perhaps because the exchange rate is poor. johnrhaynes.com

They'll also e mail you a newsletter every month with their latest products, plans etc. You just have to get in touch with them and ask.

Float A Boat are great. I live quite a distance from them and have visited their shop a couple of times. When you walk into the door - what a site. They have just about anything you can think of related to boats. Adrian is great and very free with giving advise and as for Rhonda - what a lady.
I always look forward to their monthly newsletter emailed out - very professional. I have dealt with them on a number of occasions and found them friendly and  helpful with a fast despatch on items ordered - cheap postal charges.

I luv em'
