health wise I must be very lucky at 85 my old doc  cannot find any thing wrong except mild high blood pressure keep taking the tablets

I feel a terrible 85 at the moment (50+) ..... currently down and out with very angry dose of Montezuma Revenge!

Well that is excellent news Gordon......next time you see you Doctor, just remind him to keep on taking that hypertension medication that he obviously needs

yep a good wife  and 22 years in the raf the last 8 years of my service  running up and down the Brecon beacons  with the raf regiment    good heath a good service  pension and a good wife what more could I ask for last but not least good weather to sail my yatch     gordon
