Query on Mersey Lifeboat Plans

Hi folks..


To all thoughs who have/are building a 12th scale Mersey, what plans are you working off?


At the moment, I have the plans for 12-003 which if I'm correct is an Aluminium hull but maybe going to contact the RNLI to see if I can obtain plans for later models of the FRC type - maybe even the plans of 12-29 (ON1188)


Actually, must speak to our mechanics to see if we have any on station. Doh!! :embarrassed:

ones i brought of the rnli  was 12-24 rhyl lifeboat  lil cunningham

Close to our boat 12-29. Will speak with them on Monday. Did you buy direct from their website and did you purchase both sheets?

The first ten Merseys were aluminium bottom hulls

i brought both sheetas for £40  (£20 each)  from the website with the plans
