Hi Ian and welcome to Mayhem.

We have a rule that 25 posts must be made before anyone can sell on here.  This is to encourage members to contribute a little to the Forum first, to show their interest in model boat building.
This prevents spammers from overloading the section and then clearing off.

You may ask in the  'Wants'  section by all means and then negotiate swap terms privately with the members.

Hope this helps.

If you like model boats Ian, then of course you should be on this site  O0

You can learn a lot on here & maybe you have some knowledge to pass on to others  :-))

They are (generally) a good bunch on here, there's a good bit of mickey taking at times, but we try not to offend anyone, so stick with us & you may find it enjoyable.  ok2

I'm with Kipper on this one Ian.

You already have 13 posts to your credit so, you're already over the half way mark. Responding to any of the threads on here will soon top you up to the required 25.

As for Ken - well, he's only doing his job as a Moderator on this Forum. :-))

Regards,

Ray.

Hi Ian, and welcome to Mayhem. The rules regarding sales apply to sales only. As Ken pointed out, they are there to protect the forum from spammers, and also to prevent the site from becoming a de-facto eBay for casual posters. There's no reason why you can't buy from other members. If you have any questions concerning the radio, or any other aspect of model boating, all you have to do is ask, there are plenty of knowledgeable people here who are always willing to help.
