Isle Of Man Steam Packet St Tudno
« on: August 14, 2007, 01:50:48 pm »

Hi to all

I have a seven foot model of the St Tudno  in my garage and would like it to go to a new home, my only condition is that it is put back to it's former glory it is pretty much built but will require some remedial work to get it ship shape!  The ship was built by my grandfather who's name was Harry Wright who built and sailed scaled Isle Of Man ships for many years at the New Brighton Boating Lake.  I live in Lincolnshire and the person receiving the ship would have to collect.

Thanks

I knew harry for some years , sailed at New Brighton with him quite often, he used to come round to my friends house, Dennis Rose, in Runcorn, harry built some nice models.

Hi
I thought a few might now him on here is it seems well represented fom all the different model boat clubs on here. I used to go when I was a kid but it's not really my thing to be honest, I would love for someone to get some enjoyment out of it.

Regards
