Hi Joe.
I think I may have a solution to your problem.
I'm popping you some solid fendering in the post which is not exactly the right height but you could remove all the fendering you have on now and replace it with this. When aligned with the top edge of the deck you would be very hard pushed to tell.
How does this sound?
