1:96 Type 23 Fittings

Hi,
Does anyone know if Barry at http://www.sirmarfittings.com/ is still open for business. I know he has a reputation of being fairly slow in responses but just wondered if he was still in business or not?


Or does anyone have any other places for 1:96 scale type 23 fittings they could recommend?

All very quite on that front, it is believed he is still going, have you tried calling him ?,  If no joy I would unfortunately like you are doing look else where.. Shame really .

Thanks, I've seen the fleet scale fittings but these others seemed more comprehensive.
Been on the lookout for a 1:96 merlin helicopter for ages, if anyone knows of any stockists please let me know.

hi all

Just to let you know I have just now spoken to Barry from Sirmar, after I left a voicemail message for him to contact me.

Sirmar still going strong, he is snowed under with orders - he has completed a full set of fittings for the type 23 - at this present moment he is busy with a batch of 1:48 fittings for another customer.    So, if you want a Merlin helicopter at 1:96 scale - ring Barry - after 4 p.m. at night - give the lad time to get home - and ring him after 11 a.m. in the morning at week ends.    Let the lad have a lie in :-)
