Welcome Joao.......this is certainly a master piece of human action reproduction %)

Seriously, I  could see one of those huge International Toy manufacturing Groups [Matel?] looking at this as an upmarket  project kit

[look at the aerial model Drone market.....$1000:00+ a few years ago......less than $100:00- today]

Mega production runs would certainly reduce your 1 off manufacturing costs

Looking forward to watching the little guy row a few laps O0

Gravity is essential in this mecanism , you can see the row extra weight

Hi , thanks for all your comments !

I“ve been working on this boat for about 3 years ( I also did the boat ) , with several ups and downs , returns to start point, etc... :embarrassed:

But now, with 12 pages of code, i have reached my goal, a full function rowboat with variable speed in every direction and with any servos, battery, links or cables outside the rower.

Tomorrow I'll take it to a pool for a test and video.

(Sorry for my English, I“m using Google translator)

Well...

today it went for the first lap , a hard windy day , and i noticed a problem in the left arm/row.

The left row is jumping in and out .  Time to Take off the jacket and try without it.

Fantastic
Joćo! I like your system, it is very tidy and cutting edge.
Your project and inventiveness reminds me of Tug Kenny's work on his Trireme. He worked so hard on the project.

Welcome to the forum by the way :-))
