Grendel could you confirm please whether the  plates angle adjusts or just fold back
pretty well adjustable

here it is in action - yes if it snags when using the wire brush it can move, but its generally stable, I am cleaning up a little metal marking gauge I bought at the boot fair this morning, it was raining, so it has some surface rust (it cost me 20p)

Likewise, I was in there 5 mins after opening to make sure I got it !
As with a few things 'Lidl' they don't always carry a big stock and you have to be sharp to get them. The tub at my local Lidl containing the grinders cannot have held more than a dozen boxes and I bet that was the lot. As I was getting mine another gent was also putting one in his basket, so that was two gone in the first 5 minutes  O0
