As many of you now know,Photobucket changed the way that it operates, such that, unless you are willing to spend a large ammount of money annually, you cannot share your pictures with anyone else. Now,I'm not one of these people with bottomless pockets,so the upside is that I cannot post any pics on any site, other than Facebook. Ok,so I've been away from building boats for a number of years, seven I think now, but I came across a model that I just had to do.
Unfortunately,it could not be purchased in this country,so I had to import it from South Korea, with the appropriate import tax applied. This was a laser-cut cedar wood kit of the legendary 'Turtle' ship, used during the Imjin war of 1545-1598. Although this was just a 'junior' kit,it still builds up into a rather nice model. The real downside is though, that I can no longer post pics of the build on here, due to the way that the forum works. The result of this is that any work that I do from here on in,can only be posted on the MBM Facebook page.
