Can someone please confirm the maximum size of photos for uploading to the site?
I saw a thread dated 2010 which stated 640 x 480 pixels. Does this still apply?

The restriction on size is the memory required. The current max is 500kb. So, the bigger the physical size the poorer the quality. 800 x 600 pixels should give you a reasonable size and quality. If the picture is much bigger you will find it needs scroll bars to be seen.
