Brushless Motors running on
« on: May 12, 2019, 11:00:04 am »

Just powered up the motors on my new build and I find the motors are running on at low rpm without me operating the throttle stick.
They respond ok forwards and reverse but will not stop running . I have tried adjusting the trim but this doesnt stop it.
Any ideas what I can do, I think there might be an adjustment in the handset?

I think I have solved my problem !  Surprisingly there is a Set-Up proceedure with the G2 Mtroniks Esc, I was under the impression that it was simply Plug and Play but there is a simple start up method which appears to have controlled the motor.

Goes to demonstrate what I've always advised - RTFM first!

Maybe so, but I find I'm forgetting twice as much in the process.

Glad you've sorted out the motor/ESC thing, often referred to by some folk in the business as  a "user/hardware interface conflict"...  %)

I have a fear of multi-function buttons controlling multi drop down menus. Unless I'm using them on a very regular basis its so easy to lose
the thread!
But today I won!
