Sheerline type VII

I have been offered (at a very reasonable price) an early Sheerline type VII, anything I should look out for before I buy it or any known problems?
Any advice on this would be very welcome, before I bite the owners arm off.

I refurbished one some time back, on that one I had to replace all the "O" rings, other than that it was just a replace part that had seen it's day.
