Little bit of cutting and shutting for the bulwarks, I can see this as an approximate base-hull to work from apart from it being flat transomed, but you can just realistically claim that a new Damen design.  Not too small or big: 24x10" so plenty of displacement in the hull to play with for chopping to something else.  From marksmodelbits (I can't seem to link pictures direct)...
