   Bet this model was ok before it went to auction.  This auction 27th mass of nautical interest models, books etc

Makes you wonder about their level of expertise in the subject.  Would they get away with sticking the wrong maker on an antique item of furniture?  Or would a painting by Von Gaffe sell well?
