Difference with a sub is that the tubes are always flooded and underwater so torpedo can swim out. Not so easy with tubes above the waterline

  You''re going to have to blow the torpedo out of the tube but you won't be able to scale nature, it's s**t or bust. Full size torps don't swim out, the bubbles give it away.
