Yacht "PEGASUS III"
« on: August 04, 2025, 01:38:31 pm »

Hello !I picked up the "Pegasus III" from Graupner’s that was hanging around my club’s premises. Gift of an aeromodelist that separated without finishing it.
The model is in good condition.... It was equipped with motors and steering servo.
All that’s left is to finish it!

Hello !
Cutting out the rear deck to have better access to the servo and linkage system of the rudders. Originally, access was done by removing the bench seat, which restricted space to access the adjustment of the rudders.

A preview once the changes are made.

Great stuff Chris!   :-))

Try to make that area water tight as much as possible, it's prone to water ingress.....

Hi !
Wheelhouse: repainting of the upper deck cabin and installation of glazing (plexiglass sheet)

Upper deck: Installation of the chimney exits (Pégasus improved version) and an overview with the mast assembly.

Wheelhouse: arrangement of the dashboard made in balsa (personal design)
