In amongst a load of stuff that I have been given is a pack of Swan Morton No. 3 scalpel blades. With them is a Swan Morton No. 4 handle which is not compatible with the blades. What handle should I get for those blades?

You could also consider Swan Morten No 4 blades as well.
This would give you blade options, as well as two knives.
