Marine Modelling International Dec. 2007 Issue

This month's MMI has an article on the build of the HFM semi-scale Type 23 Frigate kit. The article is by Dylan Jones. Does anybody know if he is a registered member of this forum? I have this kit, still un-built, and have some questions on the build that I would like to ask him.
