its a big boat i will give it that, but weighing up the pros and cons. pros its a nice thing, the pride of any fleet,  cons it needs finishing, it will take 2 minimum to launch, (with big arms) and all the bits it needs, im sure someone will love it but there is a lot of thinking about owning something that big. me, i dont think it will bring ?500 , unless some studio buy it,, good look to them if they make a killing on it, i will stick to what i can carry by myself , without having to have surgery to put thing,s back ( if you know what i mean fellas ) ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I fear kimbo is right, but what a shame.

To have started that project and spent so much time without reaohing the final reward, I should be most unhappy to let it go in that state (assuming I had the space to start it)/

I wonder if any ckub wil be interested?

"Spent over 1,000 hours on main boat, requires another 1,000 hours to finnish and so far has cost ?1,000 in materials.
Shafts and props fitted. Motors and gear boxes fitted, bow thruster fitted although not on the original boat but will make it easier to turn and dock.
Upper structure lights fitted and working over 100 bulbs, radar working but need to change gear box as noisy (have gearbox), outside ramp up and down working , inside  flightdeck ramp not fitted.
Hull painted.
I based the hermes before the re-fit of ski ramp as i believe the boat looks better without ramp? Ramp could be fitted.
Have diagrams and blue prints to finnish construction and also some original photographs.
The boat sits on its own launch trailer, and fits into its own towable trailer, the trailer tow perfectly and is low gravity soft suspension, will carry extra boats and it acts as a show trailer. All sides hinge up out of the way to get at all parts of the trailer, back drops down to remove hermes. It also has its own public address system for adding music with large speakers working on 240v or 12v battery.
Extras
There are too many extras to name but a few as follows:
4 boats various with all equipment, extra servos, motors, props, gearboxes, and electrical items, bulbs, switches, connectors, resistors, capacitors, relays, radio control units and receivers.
Batteries and chargers will not guarantee any batteries as they have stood too long, have checked a few and seem ok.
The four extra boats have not been touched for six years but should be working will need tlc .
The main boat hermes has not been touched again for over six years, and has stood in its own trailer, the trailer has been covered to protect it all.
New tyres have been fitted to the trailer with spare and tows excellent, i have towed this with a 1600 nissan car with no problems,  it has soft suspension to save damage to boats.
Once again hermes will need a little tlc before continuing.
What a lovely project to finnish and be proud of as i was of building it.
The only reason i am selling this lovely project was originally due to work commitements and now ill health. "
