At the recent Dinghy show in London (the biggest of it's type in the world)
The MYA had an indoor pool so visitors could have a go.
This year, many of the current Olympic Sailing team were also there and they all took the opportunity to have a go.
This included double Gold winner Ben Ainslie racing Micro Magics against 49er world champions and gold hopefuls.
