Its nice to see i,m not the only one who made the jump from Tanks to boats,and perhaps back again,
when I started out with tanks,HL were,nt around,so it had to be the more expensive Tamiya,s,my 1st one was the early Production model,then i got a KT,then HL came on the market,and they were a revelation,justwhat we needed,"cheap as chips" tanks,ok, the early one,s were,nt just right,like the Tiger having the mantlet fitted upside down,like in the pics of the one on here,the rangefinder,i.e. the 2 holes side by side were on the right as you look at the tank from the front,but give them their due HL soon started producing what Tamiya could,nt,
and now the latest model of the Jagdpanther,is right up there,as is the Matorro KT,change its barrel and you,re off,
here are some pics of my 1st Tiger-1, a Tamiya, and one of my last,which is seen playing in the snow,
its a 1/6th by the way,
