Probably not. The photo is marked 1927. The Westward was built in the US 1908 and retired from racing in 1911. She changed hands, was renamed Hamburg II, painted black, and moved to Germany. She was laid up during WW1, then passed through several pairs of hands and during this period her name was restored to Westward. She was bought by her last owner Jersey business man Thomas B F Davis in 1924 and was then raced in British and European waters until 1935. She was scuttled off Jersey, according to her owners wishes, after the owner died in 1947.
