Hi all our friends out there in Mayhem land.

Well all of you cake lovers will be pleased to know that I have been working
my fingers to the bone making cakes for you today.

I have baked:

2 x chocolate cakes
1 x apple and sultana
2 x ginger cakes (made this especially spicy for you and your semi Guy)
2 x Gypsy tarts
1 x Bread pudding (there is plenty for you steam boat Phil)

hope that you are looking forward to Alfold.

Alan and myself will see you there on Saturday.

Take care and safe journey to you all

best regards

Many thanks to all who attended the show, sorry about the weather today, still it wasn't as cold or windy as Wickstead I understand. Thanks also to those who have posted pictures from the show. Got to get the calculator out now to see how much I can hand over to the charity.

Hi All
I would like to thank Alan for running this show for the last 15 years.
He is handing this over to others so I would like to wish him well and hope the new
organisers keep the show as it is because it is great.
We had a fantastic time.

Thanks for all your efforts Alan. :-) :-) :-)

Hi Alan,
Its Monday morning, its raining and I still haven't unloaded! checking Mayhem to have a look at all of the good pictures, I think I missed most of them whilst dodging the hot sun on Saturday and rain on sunday.
Thank you once again for such a good show again!!! I have supported every one of the 15 shows at Sprinbox Estate, everyone of these shows has been A1 for organisation, a lot of the other shows including the major ones could learn a lot from your organising, friendship and just being there when needed. Some organisers don't actually turn up at the shows.
So if you add you and the rest of your marvellous helpers both before - during and at the end of the show together especially Wendy and Sarah - you have the best run show in the UK. The Sprinbox management do have an uphill job to try and emulate you next year.
To anyone reading this please don't think I am being sugary - I am not, just commentating on one of the many, many shows that we attend over the year at venues all over the UK.

Hi Alan,
Excellent event again, cheers for all your work in the past and over the last weekend. The Display Team loved it, great venue and a great atmosphere amongst all those who were there. However, upon arriving home after a drive up hill and down dale, I felt just a little bit...."comfortably numb"!!
Good luck in the future, will see you next year.

Well done to Alan and all, and what a great amount raised  :-))
I had a great weekend, and even a little rain on the Sunday didn't seem to put the dampers (sic) on the event.
Great to catch up with friends again, I even managed time for a little chat ( {-) {-)) about steam........
I look forward to next years and can only hope that the chaps taking over do as well.

Great result! May I add my congratulations to Alan and all who helped - well worth all the hard work.

I was only there on Sunday afternoon - in the rain! - but really enjoyed it. As always, the show had a great atmosphere.
