Westbourne Models
« on: November 23, 2012, 12:05:32 pm »

Has anybody else experienced poor mail order service and poor communication from Westbourne Models. They have been very quick to take my money but the order has not been completed and they do not respond to emails. Any advice please ?

May I ask how you resolved the problem please. It appears they are gaining a poor reputation. Thanks.

Would you like to expand on that comment please, as I don't understand why you would order from a supplier if you believe they are gaining a poor reputation?

Hi Halifax40,

What did they say when you rang them?

Hi Martin

I can not hear on the phone that well so most of my communication and orders are done by email. I just get told that they are having problems obtaining the items (stanchions from Robbe). They took my money by email quick enough but they will not respond by emails or to my questions or requests for a refund. My order was part filled but only after I contacted them a few times. I have since obtained the items very quickly from another supplier who do take the time to communicate with their customers. This has been ongoing for a couple of months now. I am not one to complain but since being frustrated by this experience I have heard very similar stories about this company from many other people. Sorry to be negative but people need to know.

Thread now locked as it is a repeat of a previous thread , where you were asked not to start another.
