Hi,
You have a number of options here, you can run both motors through one esc providing the esc is rated at higher than the total current pull of both motors, I have done this with no problem - or - you can run 2 esc's from one throttle stick using a y lead from the receiver - never done this so not sure how good it is, you may have a little difficulty balancing the esc outputs so that both motors run the same speed.
Then of course there is the 2 esc, 2 motor and 1 mixer option, this runs from one throttle stick and varies the speed of the motors when turning ie, turn to port, port motor slows downrelative to stbd motor and proprtional to rudder swing.
All this can be done with a 2 channel radio set.
