There is a disabled chap who lives near me who has a disabled bay outside his house because of the yellow lines.

Last winter early one morning he got a parking ticket for failure to display his blue badge.

All because his windscreen had frost on it.

He parked in the same place every day and the warden was the same one who had been doing that road for weeks.

He ended up having to pay the ticket.

Richard,

What he should have done is take the ticket to the local newspaper/tv station, then a letter to the local minister (political type), and finally to a solicitor and took the mongrels to court,
some of these people think they are god....

Roy things are different over here as regards suing people basically theres not a chance in hell of it even getting to court over here unless he wants to spend a fortune!!.my mum tripped over a large hole in the road and broke her ankle ,she tried to get compensation from the councill and the solicitors wouldnt take her case on .they said she couldnt win ,absoulutely crazy i know but thats the brittish legal system for you.if we,d lived in the states im sure things would be very different.or any other country for that matter!!
