Hello everyone, could anyone help me to find 1:96 scale life boat for my container ship, there the modern enclosed type. Would be most greatful for any help.

Hi David. From the lack of response to your post I have to presume that there isn't much out there. Did you find anything or are you still looking?

Here are my lifeboats, I had to make mine but I am thinking of casting some. Let me know what you think.

David I have never seen any at that scale - I think you are going to have to go the route of Ali and cast or carve them.

Hi Dave My lifeboats are 1:120 scale and 90mm long. I can make them any size and type you want.

i am not to sure what you mean by open type merchant lifeboats..?? do you mean Gigs, cutters, Whalers, (modern rubber dingy) in other words ships boats ??

i suppose the first question would be, the time scale, in other words what year are you modeling.
