Model Shops in Newcastle on Tyne

Hi all,Just got my Brother in law interested in model boats, any one know of any model shops and clubs around Newcastle upon Tyne, Thanks

Don't know of any in Newcastle itself.....but there are 2 in North Shields and one (sort of) in Whitley Bay. The 2 North Shields ones are both pretty comprehensive and have loyal customers. The Whitley Bay one is small and caters (I think) to the "Junior" sort of modeller....plastic aircraft kits and so on. Nothing wrong with that and long may he prosper.
Was that too long-winded, Geoff?
I don't know about Morpeth, Blyth, South Shields and so on. What we have does me just fine. BY.

If you go to www.yell.com and type in model shops in north shields you will get all the info

Gladstones, Street location I cant remember and Phils on Nile Street both in North Shields
