Premium Line PT596
« on: June 15, 2012, 12:49:08 pm »

Hi all,
Just bought what appears to be a Premium Line PT596 for £60 (Ebay)
it's def a bargain. 3 motors, speed control, battery pack etc. it's a RTR and all measurements fit Premium line(Length: 1032mm Beam: 270mm Height: 340mm )
 I reckon that's 1:24 scale but please can some one confirm for me as my maths is never a strong point.
I'm going to give it a makeover for the European theatre.

We would need the length of the full size vessel Sir.   :}

I was of course referring to the Eighty foot Torpedo boat.

This does in fact equate to   1:24   So you are correct Sir

Thanks Ken,
Now I just need to get some 1:24 figures or some Preiser Adams and clothe them. {-)
