I can guess what`s happened here. Mr nasty wants £x amount for his item. He does not want to put a reserve on it as
this incurs another fee for his listing. If it looks like he not going to get £x amount he whips it off just B4 the end of the
listing time. He will then cancel any bids on it and if you look into why your bid has been cancelled he will give some B.S.
about a part being lost or broken. He then relists it which is free. Been there had that experience.
Best way to report him is to phone E-bay and tell them what happened. They will go into your e-bay mail and see your
request and see his XXXX reply and they will take it from there. Contacting them direct is better than faffing about pages
of procedures and you are more likely to get them to see your point of view expressed verbally in person than by e-mail.
