Epoxy works for me, Araldite or similar for small jobs or one of the many other two-part epoxies, with fillers if needed, for large jobs.  If it's a very small, non-load bearing part on to the gel coat (smooth) side then superglue will probably work, but make sure the surface is cleaned properly.

A small amount of the lay-up resin will give a very strong join.  If you didn't lay the hull up your self, Epoxy or a gel super glue.

Always sand the inside surface of fiberglass due to the wax added to prevent air inhibition during cure

After sanding, the best glues would be something like flexy cyano ( rubber toughened cyanoacrylate ) or a toughened methacrylate such as our ` super acrylate ` , epoxys would also work but are not quite as strong as methacrylates or toughened cyanoacrylates on composites

If using standard fiberglass polyester resin , as its quite low strength with no fillers , to get strength use it with a long fiber filler such as chopped glass strands or a piece of glass cloth
