Try Models by Design or Shapeways.

Try this http://archive.hnsa.org/doc/gun20mm/index.htm for the single and http://archive.hnsa.org/doc/gun20twin/index.htm for the twin but beware of the variation in mounts.

You’re probably not going to get drawings in the scale you need but rather get a drawing and then take to a print shop to get them rescaled for you.
If you can find some of the older John Lambert drawings I believe he drew up an Oerlikon in the different styles you require. Failing that I’d recommend finding a copy of The Anatomy of the Ship book The Fairmile D which should have the Oerlions drawn in three different views but probably in a smaller scale (I think 1/48 or smaller). The Anatomy book does show a lot of information on the Fairmile boats and a lot of extra detailing that you might be interested in.

Failing that just seeing the prices of the anatomy book on Amazon I recommend getting a copy of the latest edition of Allied Coastal Forces of WW2 Volume 1 which should have the same drawings in them but you might have to find out the scale first.

Anatomy of a Ship Series. Any of the USN Fletcher class destroyers should have plans for the Twin mounts. I also have the twin mount pamphlet put out by Floating Drydock which I can scan and send to you, but it will be a few days before I get home. There were numerous configurations, mostly relating to the mounting, so being specific helps.

Conways; Allied Coastal Forces of World War Two - Vol 1 and 2 by John Lambert and Al Ross have drawings of all the weapons and drawings of the LRRPs as well.

Believe that David Metcalfs plan for A HDML has a good drawing on it. I have two copies of the plan and a digital one . Send me a pm to cofirm you still need the drawing. Its probably a different scale  but can adjust that for you and send as a pdf or jpg. That is of the oerlikon by itself , very easy with Corel.

The newly published British Naval Weapons of WW II Vol 1, the John Lambert Collection has a lot of his drawings but not the Oerlikon one. I suspect/hope it is in Vol 2 due in Aug this year.
I have a copy of L/0/82 that I bought from John Lambert in 2013 or so. But it is of the Oerlikon gun only, no mountings.

The recently published book The Life and Ship Models of Norman Ough does have the single and twin mountings drawn by him on page 30.

Gerrit

I attached 3 views of the twin mount located at HMCS Haida in Hamilton just west of me.
