Re: Kirklees Model Boat Club Open Days For 2024

Sadly due the weather this morning and possible slips on the wet ground, the event had to be cancelled. Over the many years we have run this event I cannot recollect the event being cancelled.  I would like to thank anyone who travelled any distance to be with us today. I would now like to invite you to our last open day of 2024 Sunday the 8th September from 9.30am to 4pm. With the event being cancelled today, I now have a very large number of raffle prices up for grabs in September. Once again many thanks to all concered. 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢

Probably why i'm not watching the football tonight............
Not because I'm unpatriotic............I am, but every time I watch England play on TV THEY LOOSE........So havent watched a single second of this tournement and will celebrate or comiserate later, what ever.

NAHHH, I kept my promise to my daughter and her boyfriend that i wouldn't.
Was watching Titanic on channel 26 or 27 which ever it was on...........but i may have passed the jinx on in my/her genes, lol.
