BIG THANKS to the organisers. They know how to put on a show, even when god throws every possible challenge at them. Dissapointed with the turnout though. Everyone here afraid of a few plants are we??? I could have lent you my pink marigolds...

Sorry I couldn't get there, something always happens.
 Ended up doing SAR for some plank who got lost and went missing for three days in Snowdonia.
 He lives, so that is good I suppose!

 I was flying a 206 today, blue and Silver.

This my choice for 'My Favourite Boat of the weekend'.
Marshall's harbour tug (SA?). He insisted that this is not a printed deck but built as per full size with
authentic materials and in an authentic.... as that's his trade. Eventually I believed him.

The wheel house is 92 separate pieces of wood and the gratings are proper lap... mortice.... rebated joints..... or as someone said "He's actually got a square drill bit!"

.... and a thoroughly nice bloke and family!
