Realistic looking scale sea under our models. PICS
« on: August 06, 2009, 01:01:45 pm »

I saw a great pic in one of Langsford's posts. The water-scape makes it look very realistic. :-))

If you have pictures with realistic seas we would like to see them. O0
It is not about the boat, it is about the boat and water together. :}

Here is Langsford's Picture
It looks like Anna 2 really is heading out fishing on a summer evening, viewed from higher ground.
I hope you don't mind the use of your pic Langsford, it is a good 'un.

I am only too pleased that you used my picture.
This "pusher tug" might also suit your "realistic water"?
Cheers

  The tug Seguin cruising the Kennebec River for another tow.

  The model is actually built by Doug Smith of Kawartha Marine Modelers and on its maiden voyage on the Scugog River in Lindsay.

  The SS Master traveling up the west coast inland passage to pick up another log tow, as viewed from one of the mountain sides in the passage.

   The model is scratch built on a Brooklyn hull by myself and in the river at Bobcaygeon.
