Billing Sea Star No:496 old kit Any build threads or Information

I've just picked one of these up, I was looking for a build thread but it appears to pre date the internet :o  Its missing all the fittings, which should not be too much of a problem but it would be nice to see some finished examples.

might not be actually missing the fittings, on early BB models the fittings were an optional extra.  Most of the fittings should be available from BB as single items or packs

Very nice model. I do have one question tho.... how do they get the little boat down?

I have a davit in the printed timber sheets so there is a way, just not, it appears fitted to the example
