twin rudder setup

When setting up a boat with twin rudders, do you set them parallel or with a bit of "toe" like on the wheels of a car?

Its up to you, I must admit to setting up with a little angle with the aft end slightly narrower.
It does get rid of the "dead spot" at dead ahead but will of course give slightly increased drag.
